By placing an order with Love Creations, you agree to the following terms.

Products & Availability

Our pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations may occur and are part of the character of each piece.

If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and offer an alternative or refund.

Orders & Personalisation

Personalised and made-to-order pieces are created especially for you and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once production has begun, except where an item is faulty.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in AED and may change from time to time. Payments are processed securely through our website payment providers.

Delivery

Preparation and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. Any relevant lead times will be communicated when ordering.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchange requests for eligible items must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
